One way we encourage a growth mindset is through our regular Knowledge Cafe. In these interactive sessions, people from different teams bring tech and business topics to life for their colleagues.

The speakers bring forward and discuss topics such as MLOps, cybersecurity, data strategy, venture building SaaS, agile and general developments in AI. It's also a great venue for our interns to present the findings from their graduation projects!

Engaging as a speaker allows people to learn how to structure their thoughts on a particular topic (and discover how much they know or don't know about it). As an audience member, you’ll inevitably gain a broad perspective about the subject, which might inspire you for further exploration in that area.
